im not going to sell you. You are a human being! Also do these help?:
We can't see your images, they need to be direct links. If you click on your image and select "Copy image URL" you'll get an actual usable url for here. The url I get for the first one is http://i.imgur.com/Zk7pq9b.png. Note that it ends with the file's extension, .png.

Neat as it is to import maps from other games, what I'm really hoping to see is original content, or at least neat ways in which you use those old maps. Hence why I asked about what your game plan was.

http://imgur.com/e6dOBC1           Type that in for the first screenshot of the first version of the first overworld for my rom hack! Its still a work in progress. Eventually i will make sure you cant get stuck. Also dont worry the second aka "past" overworld will be completely original and made from scratch (more or less) Give me your e mails if you want me to send you a pre release copy of the you know what.

I will have a completely original second over world. This will take some time but it will be 100% my ideas! It wont be the past like in ages but it will be the un corrupted golden realm.

Huh, the northern part of Koholint seems to fit in surprisingly well, since the northern part is fairly isolated. Not as sure about the holodrum part though. Are you familiar with IRC? Me and a small handful of other oracles hacker hang out on irc.caffie.net on the #zole channel.

You linked to the Imgur image pages instead of the actual pictures.

To elaborate on how I feel about the Holodrum part, it feels unnatural to have a small sliver of holodrum maps like that. Koholint could work because the mountains are almost self-contained, but Holodrum has a lot of maps which expect you to be able to move further right. They could still work for some purposes with heavy renovations. But I don't think you should feel the need to use them all. Again, it depends what you want to use them for. I'm a bit concerned that you're just stitching maps together without an idea of what roles these maps should play in the progression of the game.

IRC is just a way to chat in real-time. You can use mibbit to start. Where it says "Connect", select "CaffieNet [webirc]", and type "#ZOLE" where in says "channel". I'll be on there later today.

Thanks. I took your advice to heart and blocked off all west most and southern exits so players don't get confused. The story reason for the addition of holodorum and koholint is this: holodorum and labrynia opened their borders to celebrate the defeat of gannon and to start a new alliance. There was a landslide that blocked the rest of holodorum off though (i will explain later) and as for kohilint, It was once an actual island, What link experienced wasnt a dream but a memory from hundreds of years ago. Due to recent earthquakes, and magic artifacts, etc.  koholint has drifted north and Tal tal heights has risen above sea level once again. The rest of koholint remains submerged.  Eventually I will add more water near tal tal heights and change some other things to reflect this. I also blended the transition between holodorum and labrynia a little more. My goal is to have the map look as if they were originally meant to be next to each other. Now that i have a big map i can easily see where and what needs to be done. I will do some of the beautification in the 2.2 version of the map along with a few other changes. but for now in the 2.1 version i have moved rocks and trees to make it impossible to get stuck. If you do see anyway link could get stuck or have any other concerns or opinions please tell me. And if you want to help, i could use spriters, writers, and event, and door programmers. Here is the 2.1 map

Xyspade has made a tutorial on how to edit warps and doors, if that's a subject you're not clear on. As for events, that's more tricky and there aren't any video tutorials on it. I'd recommend you download the archive for the now-defunct zeldahacking.net website, and browse in the "ZOSE" subforum to learn about scripting. ZOSE will allow you to make custom events (ie defeat all enemies and a chest appears), but unfortunately there's no easy way to make npc's with zole. That pretty much requires assembly hacking.

Also here is the first map of the golden realm It is not even close to being finished its probobly version version o.2 or something. I wont post any new screen shots on either maps until more major changes are made. Any help is appreciated. Also tal tal heights
