I wanted to try this SML2 editor, but then this happened.



I don't get it. I have Comdlg32.ocx right there. What am I doing wrong?

Try right-click then run as admin.

You can also place it in the 32-bit system folder (C:\Windows\SysWOW64 for 64-bit) and register it using regsvr32 from the command-line. More info here.
