I have use PAL4U + Zapper2000 for convertion, but the game need to be more upper on screen... When i go to the decimal position of the .bin done by Zapper2k i see:

NTSC & PAL:
0A 00 24 86 02 00 40 14 13 00 90 24 10 00 90 24 0E 00 22 86 00 00 00 00

PAL COVERT (P4U+Z2K):
0A 00 24 86 02 00 40 14 00 00 90 24 00 00 90 24 0E 00 22 86 00 00 00 00

If i change the 00 value in 21, the screen go down, ok but how do lower value of 00 ?? :banghead:

Anyone can help me for find the correct Y-Pos?

* The game is Silent Hill (SLES_015.14) *

Thanks

I'm not sure of what you're talking about, but try 2's complement encoding for negatives. Ex: what does "FF" do?

I have missing one part of the code:

00 00 00 00 12 00 22 A2 42 FF 00 30 0A 00 24 86 02 00 40 14 00 00 90 24 00 00 90 24 0E 00 22 86 00 00 00 00

The 00 00 00 00 is the start and the end of the Y-Pos, i think...

The two 00 value is for center (up and down) the screen and FF result all the screen is not visible... I can't write letter for value in Zapper2k, maybe i cannot manually also...

But in red (the new section found) 12 00 22 A2 42 FF 00 30
When i modiffy a value here (like 12 00) the screen is ok but very too to the right....  :banghead:

If someone can help...
