So I know I'm gonna sound like a total noob here, but after reading how awesome this hack is, I don't care. I've downloaded the legend of zelda prg0 rom, the Zelda, legend of link hack and the Lunar IPS patcher as suggested on the site, but I can't get the damn thing to work. I even downloaded the emulator that it says it def work with. Can someone PLEASE post a step by step on how to get his patch to work for this game? I'm a huge Zelda fan, as I'm sure many of you are, and this ROM sounds way to good to miss out on. Thank you in advance.

it must be the PRG0 version.

Now you have the correct original rom. If you patch this rom with the IPS provided, you will get the working hacked rom.

June 27, 2015, 12:12:17 pm - (Auto Merged - Double Posts are not allowed before 7 days.)I finally got it working. Even though the rom said prg0 it wasn't right. So I found one on emu world as suggested and it worked. Thanks everyone for all the help. I'm gonna play this the rest of the weekend.

I'm sorry for responding to this very old thread but a new 12/23/2018 version of Zelda - Legend of Link has been released in the Acmlm forum board just before year 2018 ended.

note: starting with the 7-18-2016 version of this game, infidelity made major improvements such as reducing most of the slowdowns, implementing a 3-game save file system (which was long overdue) and fixed several bugs found in older versions (ex. v3.2 & v4.0) before the 2016 version came out.

you will need to use/create a brand new SAV file when using this new version as old SAV files from older versions of Zelda - Legend of Link will not work

infidelity has just released a new 2/17/2020 update of his Legend of Link game which has some new bug fixes plus it now works on N8 Pro Everdrive cart
