65816 c# emulator

Does anybody know of somewhere that has a 65816 core in c#? Doesn't need to cycle exact or RWW or RWM, doesn't need IRQ/NMI or COP support.
I just need it to do the logic and allow me to point where it reads/writes to.

I've written 65xx series emulators in the past and wouldn't mind whipping one up if you still needed it.  Might be fun to do it in C#.
