New translation done, super shell monsters!

Shocked there is nothing on the main page about it.  I guess it just happened.  Once I finish Zenonia 5 I am digging into this one!

It's not a shock, there's 4 translations that are not listed here!
2 for the DS:
blood of bahamut ( monster hunter type of game for the ds)
ARSH (strategy type rpg, I now know the reason why is not here, and never will).

2 for the ps2:
Monster hunter 2 (by burango)
Berserk (It's complete since 2014)

The Kouryuu no Mimi translation for the SNES by RPGOne also isn't listed here. It doesn't happen too often, but there are a few fan translations that aren't available at RHDN.

By the way, could a person submit a translation or hack here that's not their own, or would one require permission from the publisher first? I'm just curious about how the rules apply to this.

If you know of translations that aren't here and should be, by all means add them for benefit of all!

If for some reason the license or readme file of the project may not allow for distribution here, you can still add the entry page. You would simply use the 'No File' checkbox and note distribution is not allowed per readme/license in the description in that case.
