Hi all, i do a lot of work on custom wii stuff and at the moment i have a little problem so was hoping i could get some advise here. I own the Zelda GC collection (includes master quest) and also the Wii virtual console version of Ocarina of Time. Since the Wii emulation is much better then the GC ive ectracted the master quest rom from the GC disc and inserted it into the virtual console file. Now the whole game plays fine except
for the end credits. The GC master quest rom actually links to an external video file for end credits, so when using the rom by itself you just get a crash
So I know of a fix for this in the form of a cheat code, so my question is would anyone know if or how I could possibly hard code/patch this fix into the rom so It could be used for my situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

edit2: ok i found an .ips patch for the (E) rom that fixes the end credits crash, its a single byte patch besides the chksum, but i would still like to port the patch to the (U) rom, problem is i have no assembly skills so have no idea where to look. Has anyone else looked into these roms at all or could point me to the hex offset for the (U) rom?

edit3: ok seems even though its only 1 byte the ips patch also introduces a bug in intro video, now the drawbridge on castle doesnt lower down so zelda rides straight through it..
