Top Gear 2 SNES MSU1 Hack?

Hi I'm new to hacking well anything and I was wondering how hard it would be or if anyone could put the music from the Amiga CD32 version of the game into the snes version using the msu1. I have seen chrono trigger, mega man x, and link to the past do it. I just have absolutely no idea how to do it or where to start. I tried looking it up and it was like trying to read a different language. Thank you for your time.
