Try being more actionable. Like actually asking a question. And look less like a spambot listing stuff they sell.

Anyway, sound engines are always custom, since there is no stock one to license. There was very little middleware back in those days. At best a company reused their own engine for a couple of games.

Almost always hex. Even the few games with dedicated music-hacking utilities are limited by the constraints of the original engine.

There is no "one" tutorial, as I already told you, it is a per game thing.

.nfs via hex editor and copy hex music to megaman 4 & 5, darkwing duck nes rom?

Even with the NSF file, you need to know EXACTLY what to cut and exactly WHERE to paste it in the recipient-ROM. And even then, you need to update the music headers/pointers accordingly. If the replacement song is longer than the one overwritten, you need to make the necessary accommodations.

And all of this is assuming the two sound engines are EXACTLY the same. Even a minor update between sequels can throw a wrench into the equation.

Convert MP3 to MIDI/WAV or .NSF file and edit hex song using FamiTracker.
Copy Paste Hex Music with FCEUX's Hex Editor?, not 6502 Debugger.

replaced custom music like example: Darkwing Duck Bridge, SMB Game Over, Mega Man GB, Mega Man X3 Intro etc.

Like This Matrixz's Capcom Music/Sound Engine Document here or here.

Patch Custom Music for MM4 and MM5, DwD?
No.

It is extremely difficult to convert sampled audio to note data even in the ideal case. You are not going to be able to do it automatically. You need a talented musician to do it manually.

Convert MP3 to MIDI/WAV or .NSF file
That is, for all intents and purposes, impossible.

FamiTracker utilizes a unique proprietary format. "Pasting via 6502 Debugger" is akin to using a toaster to check your car's motor oil.

Capcom uses one proprietary music-data format. SMB1 uses another. And FamiTracker utilizes yet another!
