Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber

I have been looking around the net for a possible (noob) tutorial or a tool to extract (and insert) the dialogue from this following N64 game:

Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber

Does anyone know of a tool that could do this? I find the translation of the game to be completely horrid, and I've been wanting to work on a translation for ages now. Problem is, haven't been able to find anything to make this possible.
