Arikado is perfect, the other portraits don't quite reach that quality sadly. Transparency issues have also reduced the palette by one colour in a lot of them. After I'm finished with importing everything, I'll probably redo the worst ones.

I might simply paste AoS Soma's head on it, I suppose.

Looks great. Although I can notice some greenish pixels in the portriat, is that due to the conversion process?

Is the Aria of Sorrow Dracula, though. Let me see if I can edit it into the Dawn of Sorrow coat with no fur.

Ok so I edited it a little bit and this is the result:


It's a quick edit I did with simplistic tools, nothing sofisticated, but since the image will be reduced in size to fit the portrait in game, then I think this is quite good for the job.
I hope this helps to complete the portraits for Dawn of Sorrow.

I welcome all outside help. I really have no experience with all of this, I'm just doing this because nobody else had done it before. That is really looking good. I've been doing it by hand, mostly, and some GIMP filters that limited the amount of colours.

No, I haven’t finished it all. I didn’t manage to find a way to speed up the palette swapping, and my studies have been sucking away a lot of my free time.

Maybe ShadowOne333 could help you. He has started his own project of changing the sprites in Dawn of Sorrow, as he thought you quit your own.
