Replacing SM64 SFX?
« on: July 11, 2014, 05:22:59 pm »
I'm trying to create a Game & Watch character hack, but I don't quite know how to replace sound effects. If there is a tool or tutorial could someone link that to me?

Not completely certain, but the sound effects should use the same sequence type the music does.  There are several tools to extract them, but for resequencing you're stuck with either Messiaen's sequencer or mml2seq.

That one looks like it's just for .M64 files, i've done some research and found that the sound effects like jumping and other things use .wav files.
