Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days File Formats

For a while now I've been messing around with the files in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days for the Nintendo DS, however I can only do so much because of the file formats .z, .p, and .kaph. You can unpack them with DSDecmp and NinUnpack, but is there anyway to repack them? Swapping enemy/boss models would be pretty neat.
