I've been working on the beginnings of a translation patch for Love Hina Gorgeous: Chiratto Happening. Long story short, I've managed to unpack the game's assets and found the font file (see here: http://imgur.com/P5xMZp8
). It's split into two 512x1024 chunks (stored as two TM2 files), the one linked being the first one. The first chunk contains 1288 characters (28 per row, 46 rows). Each character appears to be 17x22 resolution.
Anyway, the latin-based part is easy to make a table for (3D00=a, 3E00=b, 3F00=c, etc), but I'm wondering if the hiragana and kanji that follows is ordered in a "standard" sequence. I'm really hoping that's the case, since typing out 1288 characters would be a nightmare haha.
I can share my notes I've made so far along with a file dumper for the game if you're interested. The game doesn't use any compression or encryption, so accessing and editing the files is fairly simple. Thanks!

Here's my table so far: http://rghost.net/private/52511766/4efbfa61c45efe6b440c09df579049ba
And here's an example file from that game that contains text: http://rghost.net/private/52511838/73523cfc97c2e37ba74166678011bd7c
I picked that file as a starting point because it's one of the few that has an English word in it. Starting at 0x7AE, it says "PlayStation2" as part of a message that says something like "Checking memory card (for PlayStation2)..."
