Can someone please help me locate the font in the rom? I can't seem to find it. Maybe it's compressed.

The font tiles are compressed by some kind of sick compression scheme starting at $80000 in an unheadered rom. Perhaps created by some mad scientist? Maybe it's actually simple but it doesn't look like something I'd want to mess with. If you do want to play around with it, I would recommend pulling the uncompressed tiles out of vram and using them that way.

Thank you for your reply. I've used a rom corruptor and around 80000 there's the compress font.
The font has the japanese alphabet, but also the english one. The only missing character is the apostrophe '. But it has something simillar, lile a circle. i've used that for the moment. Another problem is that the game uses 2 fonts. The second font it's used only after you beat the octopus. There the letters from P to Z are replaced by waves.
Also i need to edit the graphics in the title screen, bonus area and level names.

By any chance, are you planning to port the GBA version's English translation to SNES?

My goal it's to translate the game without expanding the rom.  My text it's a mix of the rpgone translation and the gba version.
To save space, i've done something like this:
MICKEY finally reached king pete's castle.
DONALD finally reached king pete's castle.
replaced with:
OUR HERO finally reached king pete's castle.
PS: Even the text code it's weird:
