Does the following Zelda 3 ROM even exist anymore???

Hi, everyone! I am a newbie here...And I have one question.

Does the following ROM even exist anymore?

                                  No Header
                  Date of last change: August 23rd 2004
                              Size: 1.024 KB

This ROM is apparently required to play the hack "Parallel Remodel" for Zelda: Link to the Past.

I have searched ALL...OVER the internet and can find no Zelda 3 ROM with those specifications. I have tried other roms, but they failed...after patching the hack, all I got was a blank screen after starting the game up.

So, can anyone do me a huge favor and help me?

1: Does anyone know where I can find this specific rom?
2: Can anyone attached the said ROM on this thread for me?
3: Does anyone have a working Parallel Remodel already patched to a rom that they can give me?

I would really appreciate the help!

I feel like I have been playing Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest with the internet: running around not know where the heck to find the thing I need!

Its around. Unfortunately can't say where it is but if you look its around. Rules here state no requests due to legal issues.
