Isn't it a little too much to have the end boss in the first stage of the game... ?

It is easier than the second game, so this should be interesting. One way of going about it is to increase damage taken for performing a special attack.

I think the most interesting would be to have slightly more challenging enemy placement and choices without going overboard. The special attack only matters against bosses anyway since the Down+Attack hit is so powerful; and usually once you start losing health performing a special attack against a boss you might as well go all the way since you can use it as many times as you want you want (until you get hit) once your HP is at 1.

A fun thing would be to implement enemies from TMNT2....

just ideas really this is not my hack after all.
