Hi again,

I have not been able to try it yet because my wife gave birth recently. But I will be sure to try this soon enough, just give me a couple weeks so I can find some time.

Thanks.

Congratulations! Is it your first child? :)

So, I have ripped my game to cue/bin format using Isobuster.

I thought that your github repository had one version of the "latest patch" already built ? Or did I imagine things ?

If you can provide/commit a patch, I will be happy to help debugging.

I also took notice of how to build it (and downloaded the repository content, I am very experienced in web development and also have some knowledge of unix/assembly/c etc...). However, I am not too sure of how I can do this :
-Saturn code was compiled using the kpit elf compiler. You will need to compile some kind of SH2 cross compiler beforehand. Otherwise everything else should be detected using cmake.

So either you can provide the patch already built, or help me a little bit on this part so I can build it myself. Of course, this is only if having someone testing can be of help. If you don't need help, I can understand no problem.

At this stage, it's too early to be asking people for help, but thank you.  :)

I just wanted to cheer you guys on.  I have played through the Japanese version of Princess Crown, and it would be amazing to play through it in english some day.  Everyone's hard work on this is very much appreciated!

I love the work on this so far and I'd like to offer my support with this project as well!
Though I know next to nothing about hacking, coding or programming, but I do have a background with writing, drafting, editing and localization. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help!

Cheers guys!

Best of luck and I hope to hear from the team!

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you know we're not dead and the project is still alive. Personally I've been swamped since last fall with my father passing away. He unfortunately was a hoarder and the whole process has taken a life of it's own. So I've had to put aside all personal projects I've been working on until it's resolved. I wasn't anticipating it to take this long but hopefully I'll have more time soon.

Sorry to hear about your father. Take your time and good luck on the project. I'm sure this translation will be worth the wait.

Add another individual cheering you two on.  :woot!:

No no no, your personal life absolutely comes first. There's no apologies or even explanations needed. We can wait for as long as you need.

I noticed on the github it's been quite awhile since the last commit.  If you need some assistance please let me know I'd like to help!  I'm a programmer I just have no idea how we would go about modifying these files to make the correct changes.

Still alive just been busy(see my post further up). Things are finally starting to go back to normal. I still have to update github yet with the backlog of changes I made last year. Give me a chance to do that.

I really was in over my head. Spent waaay to long trying to compile this myself. Tip for a fellow beginner, just wait man its just not worth it...    ;D

Other than that I really hope this project goes well, really love Vanillaware games so I will definitely be excited when this is complete.

Hi, I found out about this site looking for the Frame Gride translation.

Then I found your project. Hope you are well.

I only played the game for a few minutes years ago when I first imported it. When I saw some of your screen shots I thought you had changed the text bubbles to white. I'm so used to the blue background with white text and border in games that it threw me

Was there a download for a WIP release? Or will no download be available until it's 100%?

Aside from the translation project, is the Yabause emulator also been updated?

I haven't seen that much activity on its Github page.

Is this project dead? A shame if that's the case Princess Crown in such a good game. You can even play it on Android phones now with the yaba sanshiro emulator.
