VWF - Gameboy Color

Hi Guys,

I'm working on my Adventures of Arle project "Arle's Adventure" for Gameboy and it's progressing nicely. Ryusui kindly helped build a VWF which is still uncompleted and I am hoping someone who has the time could finish off the rest of this to make it run smoothly across all sections of the rom. Currently it only works for the Dialogue.
