Hello everyone, Break here with the release of the 4th update to my popular ROM hack "Pokémon Red - Proud Eyes edition".  
After spending more time testing out the hacking tools available, I am very happy with the results of my re-balancing of this classic game.  

I have made a few adjustments to the game play, but the majority of the changes come with the use of Danny-E 33's Pokémon Red - Gen. II Graphics Patch Version 1.1.

I might be alone on this (Like I was with FFTA's law system) but I think the ugly Green/Red and Blue sprites had their own charm.

Well, I can certainly agree they were ugly. The biggest problem was how many weren't actually representative of what they were supposed to look like.

This looks nice, RBY was in dire need of a facelift.

true...most people run "LPs" of V3.0 because it uses the original sprites  ^_^"

Question: Has there been a solution yet for Pokemon, who can only evolve through trading?

Regarding to your hack you missed to add Paras. Arccording to the Pokedex, Paras cannot be found, but Parasects. I haven't encountered the Fully Evolved Trade Pokemon yet, but I hope you added them somehow.

yes, in V4.0 you are able to trade and catch these pokemon  ^_^" 

* you can use you pokedex to find where they are hiding *

* during my updates, somehow, my paras encounter all turned into parasect encounters *

i had a similar problem with slowpoke and slowbro in the past...so it is something that is easily fixed. 

however...you are still able to catch 150 pokemon and earn your diploma  ^_^"
