Question about Ninja Gaiden Trilogy

What it be possible to hack the credits back into the games, either by editing the ROM or by PAR codes?

According to http://tcrf.net/Ninja_Gaiden_Trilogy , the text is definitely still there.  So sure, it's probably possible.

I'm thinking if it was easy to do, someone would have already figured out how to do it by now.  (Then again, it's also possible no one has bothered to investigate.)
