There's actually some really good ideas in this portable, such as:

:: Controls are all the controls a gamer would expect (pressure sensitive triggers, clickable sticks etc.)
:: Micro SD support.
:: Audio out, Hdmi Out, USB support.

But then again:

:: Games are download from: "NVIDIA TegraZone" and "Google's app store"
:: No retail games
:: No exclusive games were announced yet.

I don't think this thing has a chance at being successful though.*  It's not entirely unlike the Vita insofar as controls and graphics are concerned, and the Vita isn't exactly doing well.  However, having one of these as a portable emulation station (emulators & ROMs on the Micro SD) would be great.  I say that based on the Android operating system.  Looks like a good system for hobbyists.

*Then again if the OS is wide open it might be successful due to hobbyists.  I would buy one if I could do whatever I wanted with it.

I for one think the screen looks fuggin' ridiculous and hope there's a nice way to fold it up or something to keep it safe. >_>

This would be the only reason I'd actually buy it.
