No Fix Checksum programs for Genesis ROM hacking that will work on Linux

Does anyone know of any other way? The only one in existence won't work through Crossover/Wine for some reason.

What I personally use for fixing checksums, stripping/adding headers and the like on Linux is ucon64. I can attest that it works perfectly with Genesis roms. It's a pretty nifty utility.
