The Final Fantasy Legend Proper-caser

Hello once more! It's vivify93 here, back with more text modifying projects! So we all know that a person called Tower Reversed released a full  English translation for the WonderSwan Color version of the Final Fantasy Legend back in 2011. However, I know there are those who dislike Makaitoushi SaGa and would prefer to play a prettier piece of FFL.

That's where I come in!

Based off of Skygor's Skill Clarity patch, this not only follows his textual modifications but adds in an important change: putting everything that was once obnoxiously in all caps in rightful proper case. I also replaced the font with the one used in Final Fantasy Legend II and happened to fix some typos along the way.

Oh, it was easy! I just took the table file, which is included with the .ZIP file, and opened it in Windhex32. After that, I loaded up The Final Fantasy Legend's ROM--mine was in .GB format--and ran a search for one of the pieces of all caps text. After that, I decided to peek through the dialogue a little.

See, the dialogue is in dual-tile encoding (DTE), and what that means is that the text is capable of printing two letters at a time, but only taking up one byte. It just so happened that I could work a little text magic with the DTE and fix some of the more problematic pieces, like Mireille's name being spelled Mileille, and the "He don't leave" message when you try to swap a still-living character out.

Not in my opinion; I liked it, personally. I just know that some people dislike remakes.
