but the problem is when i use tim viewer , he show just the flags of countries in the games
how can i show the graphic in this game

Have you even considered the idea that the game just doesn't use TIM pictures but anything else? It could be a custom format, a RAW image, or even 1/2/4 bpp glyphs.

But files can be compressed or uses a custom format...
Are you try working on ram first?

Indeed, try to assure that the display you're looking for isn't compressed. Make a save state with epsxe, then rename it to .gz, open it with winrar and extract the file. Once you've done this grab agemo's vram viewer and load that file, change the bpp formats until you get a good display. After that load the file that you suspect that contains the image in tile molester and use the same bpp that you used to view the display in agemo's tool. If you cannot see the image it may be compressed.
