Oops. I think I read one of those screens wrong.　I read クエスト (kuesto), should be (uesto) ウエスト (Waste? West?).
And I mistook フラッシュボール (Flash Ball) as burashubo-ru　ブラッシュボール (Brash ball?)

フォーク = Forkball.
ウエスト = Waste. From "waste a pitch".
ブラッシュボール = Brushback. From "brushback pitch".

If I remember anything about baseball, that last one should just be "Knuckle Ball". And the one before that should just be "Sinker".

Actually, this line is more like "Which team do you want to coach?", I believe. どこ is a location-wise pronoun, so which instead of what is better.
