AVGN VS Dr. Wily v1.1 (Need Help)

Hello Gamers,
I just released AVGN VS Dr. Wily v1.0 on this site about a few days ago.

I am working on v1.1 right now. I all ready fix the sprites. I all ready change the Texts at the intro screen with spell check. And I all ready change the sky Blue to Red at Dr. Wily Stage.

But I need a Level Editor for Mega Man II for Windows 7.

If you guys find Mega Man II Level Editor for Windows 7. Just post a link down here. Then I will start working on it.
