SOLVED Pokemon gold route 30 glitch

 This is weird, if I stand in cherry grove city...

... and walk up into route 30, everything seems fine, but after I step into route 30's map space and go back...

...it moves the top half of those 2 blocks to the right, and if I go all the way to Mr.Pokemon's house and back...

... it appears the entire map moves over 2 blocks to the right. I'm using the johtomap editor, and haven't changed the map connections in any way, any idea what caused this?

You expanded the room's width/height, thus throwing off the connection data.

 I didn't, that data is unchanged from the original clean ROM.
