My set of extracted Ace Combat files always included a thumbnail handler for PSX TIM files which was rather clunky to set up. I have since improved it, packaged it with an installer, and uploaded it to my site: https://papas-best.com/timthumbnails_en
It doesn’t handle *all* variations of TIM well, but it sure does the trick for Ace Combat. Huge thanks to weissvulf for providing me with test files!
