Sorry for the late reply.

Wow, I totally missed that newer systems are not allowed. In fact I wondered especially about the PSP because you can choose it as a platform in the translations search. And then there's this:

I just read about this in a domestic video game 'zine which is rather mainstream. But hey, seems they beat you to it  ;D

GREAT game, really. I take this opportunity to encourage everyone here who also likes the game behind the translation to vote on her/his prefered rating site, so ratings like this: will be changed to something more adequate. Of course you need to take your time first and play the actual game for a while, but I also noticed that with older translated games who had much more positive than negative comments here and BS ratings 'out there'.

I'm extremely happy about every PS2 translation project. So guys, keep it up, I'm cheering for you if it helps

Does it contain WRYYYYYY ?  :D

Suikogaiden, F*** YEAH!

Also he says he hacked some sprites? I don't know...I guess it's ok, but I prefer translations without altering anything to the original japanese rom other than japanese text (inlc. graphical text).

I admire anyone with such a strong endurance. I really mean it in a positive way, this is true commitment.

This looks like a neat little jrpg, I'll try out eventually.

Yeah, why not.  Though I actually prefer subs cause I'm not a native english speaker to begin with I think this is great work.

Awesome work guys and
This is especially true these days as our community's releases are outpacing any translations the professional companies put out for these platforms.
ZOMG this! There is a whole library of fantranslations available for NES and SNES, especially in the J-RPG sector, which almost triples the amount of "must play through" games on those systems for me. Those companies sure missed out my money back then....

I'm really glad you posted this, even if it's 9 months too late. I never would've known about it, is the only source for translation news I read. As a strategy rpg and Urushihara fan I'm totally in love with the Langrisser games. Great work, Kil!   :woot!:

Great work  I really did enjoy the first one so this will definitely be on my list next.

I didn't even know RPGClassics shrine still Anyway, great work!

Well, the only JAPANESE game I could at least understand the opening completely :D  So, do you actually replace the german, too, or do you keep it?

wow...just AWESOME  ;D As said before, you just can't keep up with the brilliant releases these days.

Not to derail entirely here now; but come to think of it, were any translations ever even "properly" finished or did people just spend all their time throwing insults, expressing how their collective childhoods were raped, and (I'm pretty sure this actually happened at least once) sacrificing unborn babies for "the greater good"?

This statement is quite interesting, I also remember that there were MANY DQ translations in the past but to my knowledge and being to lazy to check the databese  :P I think the actual FINISHED DQ translations were mostly independent from those early works and started from scratch. Which would make perfect sense now. Seems some projects are doomed from the beginning depending on the "audience" or something. I noticed that a year back or so with visual novel translations based on "new" games.
