I'd say keep the English title logo if this is an Uncensored hack. In my opinion the Japanese title is kinda weird. Castlevania sounds ridiculous as well, but I guess I'm used to it now.  ;D

all of the good offline ones have little to no story. Like Forge.

there was a shin megami tensei TCG on GBC that I have been told was good. not sure if there is an English patch though.

so new zelda, looks interesting
Yeah, I am actually thinking about getting the NX for it and DQ XI. I would also like to point out that the only 2 zelda games I have played and enjoyed are LttP and a link between worlds.

Project Brutality 2.0 for Doom/Doom 2/TNT/ Plutonia/

Doom Metal pack Vol. 4

And any level wad (I'm currently playing through the Scythe Level wad - small maps and shit tons of enemies!)

Your mind will be blown.  :)
YES. Play project brutality with the metal pack. Its hard to go back and play the original version of Doom. It just has not aged well, although the level design is still pretty great.

So that's how those things find buyers...  :P
Well, just started one of them. I feel somewhat ashamed to say that the story actually interests me. Of course, after you get past all the anime tits  :P

Duke nukem is another game with heavy mod support. For modern shooters, check out Bulletstorm. It feels fresh all the way through because of the tons of ways to kill enemies.

Just bought Stardew Valley. Hoping for a good time.

Also bought 6 rpgmaker games for $.99 strictly for the steam XP.

Gaming Discussion / Impossible gaming memories.
« on: June 15, 2016, 11:33:44 pm »
Does anyone have a memory related to gaming that you know could not happen?

For example, I vividly remember playing Final Fight on the SNES when I was younger with my older brother. However, I remember playing 2-player, which we all know was not a feature on the SNES version of Final Fight. My only two explanations to this are that I was playing a different version of final fight, or that somehow I was transported to an alternate dimension where the only difference is that the SNES version of Final Fight is single player only. Your thoughts?

I know how long they've been around, but the thing is that I like Nintendo the first-party video game company, not Nintendo the hanafuda card company, nor Nintendo the toy company, nor a Nintendo that is a third-party video game developer.
I would like to see them try third party a bit. I also want to bring up how it seems that Nintendo holds back a lot of their great talent and does not allow it to flourish. Nintendo has some of the greatest minds in the industry, but they do not like to do different things anymore. They kinda need a big kick in the ass.

Oh, so isn't about junk hacks, it's about hackers that talk like shaft.
I dunno, their most simple hack makes your entire portfolio look like trash.  8)

What? Nobody has recommended "Ore no Shikabane wo Koeteyuke" yet? It has the best cover art of all time since phalanx  :P

How likely do you guys think it is that a lot of games just start going mobile instead? Hell, if i was able to use a controller with my phone (I can but with limited support) and there was a good amount of quality titles coming out, I would be quite okay with it.

Wait, is there anyone who actually liked Devil's Third in the end?
No. The game is just pure shit. so bad, I do not understand why people wanted it.

At this point, I'm almost O.K. with Nintendo banking out. Hell, most of the games that I liked on the Wii/Gamecube were third party anyway. The P.C. gaming market is still growing, with NVIDIA doubling my initial investment of $60 within a year. Same goes for many other hardware manufacturers. However, consoles have 3 roads they can take from here.

1. Die out

2. Turn into computers including being able to upgrade parts. (Kinda already there)

3. By some miracle people start to buy consoles again and we can all go back to the happy days of 12 years ago. (highly unlikely)

Honestly I'm worried about PC as well, mostly because of Win 10 being shit, mac being a joke, and Linux not getting the amount of gaming support that its competitors have.

Run is a fun game, but maybe not that great on a tablet.
The Bard's Tale reboot is a funny game, and the controls are alright.
Aralon is good, get that if you can.

Wake up guys! This thread is one year old. If the op hasn't made his mind yet it's likely he won't translate anything at all...
Thank you!!!

れ・こんなのは.mp3 - Could be ”こんなのはどうかな?” - How is this?

れ・じっくり甚振る.mp3 - Maybe ”じっくり甚振ってやるよ” - I will torment (someone) carefully/slowly.

れ・血が.mp3 - 血がいっぱい - Full of blood.

れ・次はどこを.mp3 - Sounds like ”次はどこを攻めてやろうか?” - What/where should we attack next?

These are rather direct translations, and these may not all be correct. I am by no means an expert on the language.

What game is this for?

If you are into RPGs translation patches are probably the way to go. Check out the SMT patches. Actually go to AGTP and see all the great games that have been translated there.

Hi again! Anybody knows when Mitsuru says "You are cheating. I have to punish you!"??? I found this voice file in v451001.afs of P3P. It looks like its one of her phraces when she is navigator...
She says that when the game detects a cheat device. Same with P3 and P3FES. I think they demonstrated it on did you know gaming's persona episode.

Both pictures are in their native resolution.
I believe he meant the native resolution of the respective consoles.
