ROM Hacking Discussion / How do you extract a .wsr file from a .wsc file?

I've been trying to find a way to do this for a while now, what I'm trying to do is extract the music from the game Rhyme Rider Kerorican, (Here's a video of gameplay.) but I've had no luck so far because I can't seem to find a tool to do this with. Does anyone know of one I can use?
