Alright, where should I start? I've been into just the emulation side of things since about 1998 when I would run Pokemon Red on a 33MHz windows 3.1 machine with No$GBC (which is a marvelous emulator). My venture into translating began with Pokemon Gold in 1999 (I know, lame! But I still love Pokemon) and I've been on and off with it ever since. My biggest project that I've tried to complete is Black Matrix Zero for Gameboy Advance and that has been off and on as well, finally with the most recent turn of events of me losing all the work I had done on it and wanting to restart from scratch.
Now a little about my personal life. I am 19 years old and have already dropped out of college (hahaH). I currently am employed at Insight Communications as tech support (it's an alright gig). Pretty much all I do is hang out with friends or stay at home. I do play WoW if any of you guys do (set up a possible new romhacking guild on a server?). One of my main interests is music in which I have a very wide taste; I would have to say my favorite genre is probably psychobilly with my favorite band being Tiger Army (not really psychobilly in my opinion though). I always try and learn assembly but don't really succeed, the furthest I have gone is to grasp the idea of some z80 for GBC.
So that seems to be about it I guess, any questions are welcome ^_^ And it feels good to see that the romhacking/translating community is coming back. And if there is anything I can do to help this new community just drop me a line.
