Does anyone here know how to hack and insert text for PC-98 games?  I want to translate Dead of the Brain but I've no clue on the technical aspects of hacking the system. It'd be much easier if somebody could show me how or at least help out a little. Anyone? It's been on my bucket list since early this year so I'd like to get around to it sooner or later.

For the most part, yes, since my eyesight isn't the best and some of the characters with many strokes and such get kinda hard to figure out correctly due to the scans and font. Anyhow, thanks a bunch. I really appreciate it.

Okay, just some more kanji checking and a little recognition. Sorry for the bad scan quality, but that's as good as it gets. Tried my best at recognising everything myself but there's always stuff I can't properly make out, or I just want to make sure is correct. Anyhow, I'll drop the images and text below. Yeah, I'm correcting my mistakes at the moment so thanks for the above and such. Anyway, the font in these images are a bit too odd for me to properly recognise, and I really don't want to get half of 'em wrong. So, anyone care to help me out here?

Actually a bit of translating help I'm looking for now. I'm kinda confused on how to properly word the sentences below, so a translation of sorts would be much appreciated.

1. I'm very confused about this block and are confused on what it's really trying to convey. She says "breeding activities" but she's actually talking about her life and going through school and training, FYI, but the two variations below sounds very awkward so I'm unsure if it's right.
クラブ活動も繁殖活動
の真似事も無かったから
勉強に集中できたよ
And because the extracurricular activities were not a sham of breeding activities, I was able to concentrate on studying.

Not very helpful, bro. That's not the kinda thing someone wants to hear after pouring 100's or 1000's of hours into something.

I know. It's just that the game is overrated and not very good. Had to give my honest opinion.
