Yeah, consider switching away from IE permanently if you can. It Does Things Like This.™

Firefox Is my reg browser, I only use IE for emergencies like this.

I also get that 403-thing. What I do is just use a different browser (i.e. Opera) just for downloading

OMG! You're Awesome!, I switched to IE from Firefox and it downloaded with no prob.

  I'm a New Member Duh, My fave games were 1990s RPGs & RPG-Sims.
My most recent game played was Mother 3 (Japan).gba (Still in Chapter 2).
I like Cheese.
