well i managed to figure it out...

first i used SPCtool to export into IT format, then used a mod tracker to modify further.

Eazy Peazy, was just really hard to find the information on how to.

Newcomer's Board / SNES music (.SPC) modification

I'd like to be able to modify the tempo of my favorite SPC tracks... is it possible to do?

Any ideas out there?

I've tried time stretching but it results in audio crippled by artifaction.

(I'd also be interested in changing the samples if that's possible.)

well i tried it out with a few different versions, but i think my problem might be my emulator SNEmulDS 0.6   (running hacks on the DS is so neato)

Im having trouble finding the right rom to patch.. i've patched a E version and JU version but have not stumbled upon an U version.  My patches just seem to crash upon starting a new game, am i doing something wrong? Is there a U version?

i have about every sound generating program i could find for the ds, thought the snes emulator would bring some new options.

Newcomer's Board / Curious.... SNES homebrew sound rom?
« on: March 02, 2011, 07:51:07 pm »
I love my homebrew music/audio tools i run on my DS.  But now that i have an snes emulator on it, i was wondering if anyone knows of any good programs/games that can be utilized to produce audio (specially unusual sound effects and noises).
Either homebrew or not, i'd appreciate the input.  games with epic sound tests would be appreciated too.
