Hey there, Romhacking.net! I have a bit of a question regarding the SaGa 2 DS Anti-Piracy measures.
I've looked all over the place, and found no solutions or patches that work. And those that did aren't available anymore.

So here's the problem:
I have a ROM patched with one of the English patches provided by the now-gone Crimson Nocturnal. The ALT one.
The patch, unfortunately, doesn't bypass the AP measures. Thus, I tried this... hex editor program that was suggested on one of the sites I Googled. It got me past the first AP check, but after that, if I saved, it would be erased and the ROM would crash if I did anything to interact with the game.
I got past the scene where Dad jumps out the window, and past the Partners' creation, but if I wait awhile after all that, it crashes.

Could anyone suggest what measures I could take, or any patches I could use?
