You're aware that they made a DSiware remake, right?
The DSiware game was a sequel, not a remake.

This is my first try, i need help to know where the title screen code is to located to relocate the tiles

Apparently the portuguese translation already did what you wanted to do. Maybe someone can copy the titlescreen (sans the textual changes) and create a patch.

Personally I'm kind of surprised there isn't much concentration on the PSP version considering it is the current canon to fit alongside with Narikiri Dungeon X.
Well, it was being translated by Absolute Zero until one day they just decided to stop making translations altogether. Since then nobody has shown any interest in translating it, though.

I would like to see a hack for the Japanese version of Metroid Fusion that will start the game in English mode, it's in the ROM, you just got to find it.
It would actually be better to enable a menu to select the language, as it has not only English but all the languages of the European release.

Makes me wonder, how exactly does an emulator/hardware check for that?
Like what exactly in the header tells the hardware that it is a GBC game and not GB only?
It's a byte on the internal name of the game what determines if it's a GBC game or not

Can you submit this patch over RHDN rather than in MEGA?
I don't think I can. After all, this patch converts a ROM into one that is still being officially sold today.

As far as I know the Japanese version didn't have voices. They were added for the North American version.

Congratulations on finishing your patch, it looks pretty good :) Could you make a patch for the European version as well? It has more languages, so more people would play it.

There already exists a patch that replaces the music made by Canzah. Apply it to an untouched .iso.!HJEXHJqC!ky5Ra5W8n5zJr12JMDWWHuH1w0zFpwnbZvCCTymzMAI
