Great work as always.

I did have the game freeze on me at the ugly tree. I used the Chameleon Grass then selected "Look" before using the Chameleon grass the second time and ending the chapter.

I knew this day would come!  I have to admit this is a little bittersweet for me, but my project was mostly a labor of love, and to prove to myself that I could finish something I had started long, long ago.  That said, I know my technical prowess was very lacking for such a project, and I struggled greatly fit the script I was provided with into the limited space I had available in the ROM. Any kind of script-expansion was far beyond my capabilities, as was formatting everything properly into the little windows the game provided, so I tried to do the best I could, considering my limitations (I was so novice, if I remember correctly, I added the script manually, word-by-word, using only Thingy and a .tbl file).  So no made up lines or machine translation that I'm aware of, I just lacked the hacking ability to give this game the translation it deserves.

Anyway, awesome job as always, Pennywise. I remember you telling me you were working on this game years ago, so I've been eager to see how it all turned out. I'm glad I wasn't disappointed!

There is an item you can get later in the game that can heal gods, but it's not something available for purchase (it's kinda like the Yggdrasil Leaves in Dragon Quest games).

I'm working on translating Booby Boys, a small Gameboy action game.  There's not a whole lot of Japanese in it, mostly just little text boxes that appear when you encounter the bosses of the game, and rescue the damsels in distress.  Screenshots of the Japanese dialogue is uploaded at here, if anybody wants to help me out.   Thanks!

Thanks for the translation! Looks like a good old school game. The shrine doesn't seem to be working though.

The shrine should be working fine, but it's not linked to on the main site.  You'll have to go to its address directly.  It's linked to in the news update, the translation's website and the readme.

Does this make ALL the Heracles in english now?

Glory of Heracles 4 hasn't been translated yet, but a project is currently in progress.

I remember lending Hiryuu a hand with this 7+ years ago. Glad it finally got finished.

I started the project back in 2002, so it was probably even longer ago that that.  I'm surprised you even remember.
