Title: Project: Mortal Kombat II MS–DOS: Arcade Edition
Post by: Enmanuel E. Pérez on May 25, 2022, 08:08:29 PM
This is a project I started for fun but I requires help for finish it. I have corrected the name Raiden (misspelled as Rayden) in all text in the game except the HUD, as that is a graphic there and I need help changing it. If anyone knows how to work with .GRA files, please come forward.

Secret menu has been simplified, now just press F9 during the copyright screen and you will hear a fanfare, then press F9 again (credits to cloakedthargoid.wordpress.com for make this possible).

Fixed song during title screen now with more instruments, like the continue screen (more arcade-like).

Songs not yet played on MK II DOS:

–The tower
–Goros Lair
–Wasteland\Game over
–The portal\Khans arena
–Original title

The Deadpool sounds in 2 scenarios that it shouldn't, and the tower also sounds in scenarios that it shouldn't, I don't know what the name of the file is.

I need help from someone who knows DOS programming, because I can't fix one without breaking another, new lines of code are needed in the compilation of the game inside MK2.exe

A simple Google search reveals this (http://blog.rewolf.pl/blog/). You might want to contact the author of that reverse engineering process.
