Have you done any ROM hacking before? Why not just write the name of the game you want to translate?

Also, there's:
The Newbie Package of REQUIRED Material

Thanks anyway, but I'm still seeking the answer, what tools should I use? I haven't ever hacked a rom before, let alone translate a sega cd game

Thank you for naming the game you want to work on.

So did you read any of those documents? There is a good reason it is called "The Newbie Package of REQUIRED Material".

In any case, the first thing you should always do is to look around and see what has been done before. In this case there is a Spanish translation of Snatcher, and their tools are open source.

You should see if you can figure out how their tools work, and try contacting the developers if necessary. This will be MUCH easier than trying to work out everything from scratch by yourself, especially if you've never done anything like this before. (But it can be done.)

(The translation doesn't show up under https://www.romhacking.net/?page=translations&platform=29 , but it does show up in https://www.romhacking.net/?page=translations&genre=&platform=29&status=&languageid=&perpage=20&order=&dir=&title=&author=&transsearch=Go , with language set to None Selected.)

Don't know how to thank you  ;D
So I'll try contacting devs behind this translation! If I have any questions I'll let you know. Thanks ;)
