The game already runs very slowly, wouldn't you say? Making it fullscreen would probably turn it into a slideshow. I reckon those new developments with the SA-1 (http://www.romhacking.net/forum/index.php?topic=32342.0) might help someday; I can't think of anything else similar that has been done. I should add that apparently last year's Nintendo leak included source code for an early prototype; perhaps you could look at that and see if you can make any sense of it. (You'll have to find it on the Internet yourself, but I doubt that will be difficult.)

it runs kind of slow originally, but ive seen some videos of overclocked fx chip running very smootly

<vertex list address> i can find some of this adresses in a Matrizzle post thats been hanging over the internet

I also have no idea what makes you think sfxObjectDump will help you make a fullscreen mod.
