Title: Street of Rage 3 hacks

Hey
I'm having a little problem in adding the hacking files.
Each time I extract the zip file in the folder of the game and then I run it, and nothing happens nor changes.
Can anyone give me a piece of advice what to do ?
How can I add any hack file to the game?

Hi.  Did you use a patching application to patch the .ips file to a clean Streets of Rage 3 rom?  The .ips file only contains changes to the game, not the full game.  Those changes then have to be applied directly to the rom.
