Update By: Gideon Zhi

It's been six months to the day since AGTP released the translation patch for Super Robot Wars EX; today, a patch releases for Super Robot Wars 3 that brings it up to the standard set by EX. This is a dramatic improvement over the patch released at the end of 2002 in nearly every sense, technically, linguistically, and aesthetically. The bad names have been fixed, the translation has been doublechecked, and the game has been completely re-hacked from the ground up using the code written for SRW EX.

The new release is complete and should be issue-free; enjoy!

Woo Hoo! Three Cheers, Aeon Genesis! ^^

Since the announcement of this upcoming 2.0, I was like a hamster on coffee.

Quite frankly the teasing was almost unbearable, you wicked Magic Mike!

Not necessarily a bug, but if you are in the 4 house on the right side of the map and enter
into System and then in Anime, part of the window will move to the other side of the map.

Based. Here's hoping Lady Stalker and Star Ocean Blue Sphere are next.

Is it too late for a bug report?

ACTUAL BUGS
(Disclaimer: These were discovered running the patch on the SNES Mini (Canoe), so some may be caused by its quirks/deficiencies)
(Not sure if these exist on other emulators, haven't had the time to test that)

Episode 8/Scenario 13
Misplaced tile on title card

"Super Electromagnetic
Robot Combattler V"

The middle of the R in "Robot" is seemingly missing.
Looking back at it, hidden behind the 'Co' in "Combattler" are some black & white pixels, most likely this missing tile.

Ep. 10/Sc. 15 onward
Enemy pilot "AI++" shows up as "AIF F" everywhere except full status screens
(map windows, battle scenes)

Photo evidence: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-1oBHfVWfEJzvEODGDsN8z_fa54KJhsm/view?usp=sharing ('AIF F')
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-78gYvV51HDbCHQl13Z4X0kBbe98sDtC/view?usp=sharing (status screen, correct)

TEXT EDITS
(Nothing lore-related, just a few tiny grammatical errors)

Scenario 8 "Gundamjack"
In one text box, Kou mentions meeting "the heroes of Second Super Robot War."
Maybe missing a "the".

Episode 10/Sc. 15
Before Turn 1

Brocken: What?! Why is Mazinger Z here?! ...Bah, no
matter. I'll it destroy alongside the Photon Power
 Lab!
Words in bold should probably be flipped

That's all I've found in my playthrough thus far, otherwise it's looked great.
