Title: NES Baseball Games
Post by: scarletknight3 on May 24, 2019, 11:59:18 am
Hello,

I'm new to this hobby. Was wondering if anyone has any tips for modifying team uniform (colors) in RBI and Major League Baseball. Is this done on the color palette or in coding (I'm assuming coding). If so, how do i get to hexidecimal in tile layer pro?

Thanks.

SK3

You need to download a hex editor.

You can use a palette editor like this one: http://www.romhacking.net/utilities/428/

If you use the FCEUX emulator's PPU viewer (under the Debug tab) you can see the palettes a game is currently using. In most cases you should be able to find the same palettes in the rom with the palette editor.

If you can find the palettes this way you can avoid doing any coding.
