Title: Digimon adventure gim help.

Hello!
Sorry for my bad English, I'm Brazilian.
I'm translating Digimon Adventure (psp), but when I'm going to convert png to gim, the size gets bigger than original, I've tried several ways to resize, but all without success.

Sorry, I did not understand much, what tools did you use, and what do you have to do?
