I don't understand your question, do you want the original PCSX 1.5 source code? Because that I do have. :)

PCSX 1.5 (http://www.romhacking.net/utilities/267/) With Debugger v1 source code.
Source code was released with first version of debugger.

I thought that source code was accessible enough (the code exists in vanilla PCSX). ;)
