Title: Editing Sega Genesis color palete for NBA Live 96

Hello.

I'm a first time poster for this forum.

I've recently used dejfatman's editor for NBA Live 96. I've updated the players & ratings (2010-2011). Yet I'd really like to know if there's a palette editor available.
Hopefully, noob friendly. Mainly, team uniform and court palette locations. Eventually, learn how to change team logos.

Any suggestions?

Some emulators can show the actual palette.

Thanks. Would, someone like to recommend one? I'm trying to get over the hump.  ;)
