Quote from: DarioEMeloD on February 08, 2023, 12:25:32 AMHere's another idea: can you guys recreate the ending theme from Nuumamonja?Although I'm not sure where it could be used, maybe for some of the "joke" endings
Quote from: LandoV on February 21, 2023, 06:07:00 PMI'm very confused about the "CTSE Bugfix Edition - All-In.ips", Is that for (Bugfix + SkyDark + Name Liberties + Aerdan Item Names), or (Bugfix + Name Liberties + Aerdan Item Names), or anything that isn't just the Bug Fixes alone?

Quote from: BlazeHeatnix on March 15, 2023, 01:53:10 PMIn the scene where After the Battle plays, it's wonderful, but by the time the scene switches to the End of Time, I really think Crono's Theme/Chrono Trigger should be playing again.
Quote from: PowerPanda on March 14, 2023, 10:44:05 PMTHERE ARE 2 KNOWN ISSUES WITH THE 3.0 VERSION1. In ALL versions of the hack, flashbacks to the Millenial Fair during the trial will cause the fair music to play for the remainder of the trial. This is an unanticipated interaction between the event code of the trial and the music at the fair. This is 100% on me, as I didn't think to test that section of the game after making the changes.2. This one is really important. THE BUGFIX AND UNCENSORING ADDENDUM PATCHES SHOULD NOT BE USED IN VERSION 3.0. I am going to have to start over from scratch with a clean rom in order to fix the issues with those 2 patches. The way that Chronosplit created these roms means that there are 2 copies of most of the cutscene code, and I edited the wrong copy. It's not a major issue, but it is a time-consuming one. There are a couple of smaller things too, but nothing that you encounter during the main quest.I am not ignoring these. My attention has been focused on payed contract work for the past 3 months. Once I finish up that work (and it is nearing completion), fixing this patch is #1 on my list.
Quote from: PowerPanda on November 20, 2022, 12:34:11 AMThis is a thread dedicated to the Chrono Trigger Soundtrack Expansion Project. CTSE is a romhack that adds in 12 new pieces of music to Chrono Trigger. The 12 pieces of music include:3 Songs are on the game cartridge, but never used within the game* Battle 2* Singing Mountain* Rat-A-Tat-Tat It's... Mitsuda4 Songs were recreate from the PSX and DS re-releases* A Meeting with Destiny* One Sunny Day When We Met* Scattering Blossoms* A Time to Rest -After the Battle-1 Song had a different arrangement on the CD Soundtrack* Frog's Theme (With Intro)3 Songs were on the Japanese Pre-release cartridge that was sent to gaming magazines* Keeper's Dome* Ascend to the Light* Boss Battle 3Finally, 1 Song was found in leftover junk data on the Japanese rom, and was restored* Alarming CrisisHere is a showcase video:The reason I'm creating a thread for a project that has already been released is that it is still in development. After releasing version 2.0, Reld, Gi, and I made some breakthroughs on the sound engine, allowing us to include more instruments, better reverb, and potentially even more music. A 3.0 version is officially in development. As of tonight, I have developed ASM code that allows the random battle music to be changed out on a map-by-map basis. There are quite a few things that can be done with this, including the ability to let each time period have unique battle music. To facilitate that, I've extracted the alternate instrumentations of Battle 1 from the Pre-release rom. That leaves 3 versions: standard, drum-heavy, and synth-heavy. I've yet to see what the best method will be for implementing these into the game, but I'm excited about the possibilities.
Quote from: lexluthermiester on August 07, 2023, 01:13:57 AMBeen playing through this and must say: Well done indeed! It's very cool that you've made addendum patches for other projects, including TheGreatBen's excellent CT+. On that note, have you given thoughts to making versions of this for Fauntleroy's excellent CT Schala Edition?
Quote from: PowerPanda on August 07, 2023, 09:45:47 AMI was maintaining 7 separate versions of the patch, and I had to drop that down to 5 for sanity's sake.
Quote from: Green Jerry on August 09, 2023, 12:16:28 PMYou might want to remove the CT+ addendum patch, because ThegreatBen has submitted a noncompliant request for CT+ to be removed from RHDN.
