This is a hacking document for some various data regarding Rock Man 2’s weapons. This is for the Japanese version of Mega Man II, so far.

It includes data on weapon damage (for the 8 Robot Masters and all Wily Stage bosses), weapon colour palettes and weapon energy consumption (including Items 1, 2 and 3).

(Author’s note: I don’t know why I didn’t release this document any time sooner. Anyway, hopefully the info in this can be helpful for those struggling where to find this stuff.)

September 26th, 2022 Update (Version 1.9): More info has been added! Found weapon damage for Time Stopper, Wily Machine 2 blocking damage from certain weapons, and additional commentary regarding the game’s code. If you still have older versions of this document, make sure to download the latest version.
